Nice remodel, small indoor pool. Has outside cover area, with gas bbqs. Outside area was old, but you also can adjust the lights. Gas fire pit. Breakfast wasn't bad. Nice seating, nice lobby. Has kitchenette.
Loved staying here. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I normally have a hard time sleeping on beds at hotels but the beds here are very comfortable I fell asleep really quickly. The rooms are very clean and they have really good breakfast options.
This is a beautiful and clean very safe hotel with excellent rates too! I stopped for the night and was greeted by Tanyla at the front desk who was the most helpful and attentive and polite person! She and I had a wonderful conversation while we completed the check in! Give this girl a raise for SURE! If you’re ever in need of someone to stay in the area of Union City, TN then look no further!
beautiful place! definitely deserves more praise, the staff are super sweet, the rooms are cosy and comfortable, the showers are great with the water pressure, and food is delicious. very satisfied
I have been there twice and each time was a pleasure the staff is always so polite the breakfast is excellent I love staying there they are pet which I love so yeah I would highly recommend them
It may say 2 star hotel but the experience is 5 stars to me. I’m actually still here at the time of this review and I have nothing but good things to say. The staff has been great. They’re so polite and welcoming. The room I was put in is the pet room because I have a dog. The room was as clean as you could ask for given it’s where they put people with pets. The breakfast was like any hotel breakfast waffles, oatmeal, cereal, Eggs, etc etc. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a bargain and bang for their buck. I’ll be honest they do it better than some 3 to 4 star hotels.
Very quiet and comfortable. Convenient to Doscovery park with plenty of parking. Pet friendly and the staff are so friendly!
Check in is 3pm but I was able to get a room at 3am which was very kind of them. I was on a super long trip, I intended to be gone before noon, let alone 3pm, but everyone nearby was 3pm check in. I called and they said they’d be willing to let me book a room and stay, very grateful they did so since otherwise I’d have had to drive another 10 hours straight.
